Second Gangster was my first principal role in a musical, and as the comedic relief of the show, I had a pretty daunting task of keeping the audience engaged in the show. For this show I had to learn a New York accent and how to tap for my duet, "Brush Up Your Shakespeare". This role taught me a lot about performing comedy as well as musical theatre.
