During Cabaret I learned how to operate as the director's right hand man and complete tasks without instruction. I learned how to manage and gain respect from a cast of adults and make sure that the show never strayed too far from the directors vision when he was not in attendance. I was in charge of opening the theatre daily, running rehearsals, and starting the show.
